About this house rental
This detached vacation home sits on a usable lot of approximately 600 m² and spans two stories. A terrace with patio furniture, a separate barbecue area, and a dining area in the garden invite you to relax outdoors. The garden is perfect for active use and offers plenty of space for relaxation and shared meals.

Proof of valid personal liability insurance is required for your stay in the vacation home.
If you bring a dog, you must also provide proof of valid dog liability insurance.

With approximately 165 m² of living space, the house offers plenty of room for a comfortable stay. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms—one with a large double bed, the second with a French double bed—as well as a separate dressing room. Also upstairs is the large bathroom with an American-style whirlpool tub, a modern glass shower, and high-quality fixtures.
On the first floor, an open-concept living and kitchen area awaits you, with plenty of space for cooking and relaxing together. A gas fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere. The living space is complemented by an approximately 15 m² sunroom, a fitness room, and a small office nook. There is also a guest restroom with a sink on the first floor.
The house was used privately for a long time and is not furnished in the typical vacation home style. The high-quality furnishings and well-thought-out floor plan give the property a particularly cozy, private character.
