Our lovingly furnished vacation rental on the 2nd floor offers the perfect retreat for a relaxing vacation on the Baltic Sea, with approximately 45 m² of space. The open-concept living and dining area, complete with a well-equipped kitchen, invites you to cook and enjoy your meals. From the living area, which features a sleeper sofa, you have direct access to the balcony—where a beautiful panoramic view over the rooftops of Kühlungsborn awaits you.
The separate bedroom features a comfortable pull-out bed, a closet, and a dresser, providing ample storage space and ensuring restful nights. A modern shower room rounds out the amenities.
For your convenience, free Wi-Fi, a carport parking space, and a bike shed are available. In the building’s basement, you can use a coin-operated washer and dryer, and your dog is also welcome.

The tastefully furnished 2- and 3-room apartments range in size from 45 m² to 75 m². Some extend over two levels with a converted attic and can accommodate two to five people.
Each apartment features a bedroom with a double bed, and some also include a separate children’s room or guest room. A cozy living area with an open kitchenette, cable TV, and a stereo system ensures comfort. In addition, you’ll have access to a bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as a terrace, a balcony, or—in the attic apartments—a loggia with a view to the west.
Bicycle racks are located at the building. A washing machine and dryer are available for our guests to use for a fee.
The apartment complex is located in the eastern part of the popular Baltic Sea resort of Kühlungsborn. Just a few steps away, you’ll find the lively center of Kühlungsborn-Ost, with numerous bakeries, cafés, restaurants, boutiques, and stores for everyday needs.
It’s just a two-minute walk to the Molli-Bahnhof Kühlungsborn Ost train station, which also houses the central bus station. The fine sandy beach and the pier are about 600 meters away. From there, you can enjoy a magnificent view all the way to the marina.
