"Ostwind" Apartment – Small but cozy and perfect for relaxing!
High-quality, modernly designed, non-smoking one-room vacation apartment (approx. 25 sqm) on the 4th floor facing the countryside, with an east-facing loggia (morning sun, furnished with balcony furniture and cushions) for up to 2 people.
From the entryway, which features a coat closet and an open kitchenette, you enter the combined living room/bedroom (with access to the balcony) and the modern shower room/toilet.
The living/bedroom area features a fixed double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m, with comfortable single mattresses), a sliding-door wardrobe (both high-quality custom-built pieces), two leather armchairs, and a dining table right next to the wide window, along with a flat-screen TV and a radio/CD player.
The modern kitchenette features a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop, a microwave with grill function, and a refrigerator with a 3-star freezer compartment. A coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are included as standard equipment. The modern bathroom features a shower with an extra-low threshold, a sink, a towel dryer, a hair dryer, a makeup mirror, and a toilet.
A duplex garage can be booked for €8.00/day or an outdoor parking space for €14.00/day (limited availability!).
