Welcome to my beloved Villa Soraya!
Are you looking for the perfect base in Nice, where you can enjoy the city’s vibrancy right at your doorstep, yet relax in complete tranquility? This charming apartment is located in a quiet, authentic residential neighborhood and offers a rare luxury in this region: a stunning, large private garden.
The Space
The apartment is located in a small, charming residence with mostly French residents. Inside, you’ll find a bright, comfortable space that’s been lovingly decorated to make you feel right at home.
Sleeping: A cozy bedroom with two lovely, comfortable single beds for a restful night’s sleep after a day full of new experiences.
Cooking: A surprisingly spacious and fully equipped kitchen. Perfect for preparing your own dinner with fresh local produce you picked up that morning at the local market!
Bathroom: A neat, fresh bathroom equipped with all the amenities.
Outdoor Living (Your Own Oasis)
The absolute showpiece of Villa Soraya is the spacious garden, beautifully maintained by my local hostess’s husband. Start your day in complete tranquility with a fresh cup of Malongo coffee in the morning sun, or wind down after a long day at the beach with a glass of fine wine on your own terrace, surrounded by Mediterranean greenery.
The Neighborhood & Location
You’ll be staying in a chic, quiet neighborhood, right across from the beautiful, romantic Parc Chambrun. Here you’ll experience authentic French life, away from the hustle and bustle, yet ideally connected:
Public transportation: The tram stops nearby and takes you to the bustling city center, the train station, and the beach in just 5 to 10 minutes.
Within walking distance: Discover the world-famous Musée Matisse, take a stroll to the stunning “Cascade de Gairaut” waterfall, or pick up fresh croissants at the lively Marché Borriglione.
Day Trips: Want to see more of the area? Within a 25-minute drive, you’ll be in Italy enjoying an authentic pizza in Bordighera!
