In the exclusive Birkenhof II residential complex at Gartenstraße 10 in Timmendorfer Strand, you’ll find several 2- and 3-bedroom apartments. Gartenstraße is in a quiet location, just about 500 meters from the beach and the lively town center. Within a 5-minute walk, you can reach all the cafés, bars, restaurants, boutiques, as well as grocery stores and pharmacies. You won’t necessarily need your car for a vacation at Birkenhof II. The high-quality, well-appointed vacation apartments offer the ideal vacation home for a stay on the Baltic Sea in Timmendorfer Strand, tailored to discerning guests.

Apartment No. 8 is a beautiful 2-roomapartment on the first floor with a furnished, south-west-facing terrace, which also features a beach chair (for one person).
The living area features hardwood floors. The Timmendorfer Strand vacation rental has a living area of 70 square meters and is suitable for 4 people. It features a combined living and sleeping area with a leather double sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV, Apple TV, and Bose SoundTouch system, as well as a cozy dining nook.
To ensure a restful night’s sleep, the bedrooms in the vacation rental can be darkened. The open, adjacent built-in pine kitchen features a glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. You’ll also find a filter coffee maker and a Nespresso machine.
In addition, all other necessary kitchen utensils are provided. The bedroom is separate and features a double bed (180x200 cm) as well as another flat-screen TV. A bathroom with a walk-in shower and bidet is available.

Free Wi-Fi is available in this Timmendorfer Strand vacation rental. In addition, a washing machine and dryer are available free of charge in the building’s basement. An initial set of bed linens is included in this vacation rental.

A parking space is located right next to the house. You can store your bicycles in a lockable bike carport. (We cannot guarantee space for your bicycles).
Dogs are allowed in this apartment by prior arrangement; non-smokers only, please.
