Living with a View
The attic is the heart of the apartment: an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area with a view of Lake Constance from almost every angle of the room. The exposed roof trusses, clad in silver fir wood, are inspired by the trendy wellness hotels in the Alps. The floor (on both levels), made of smooth-polished and then oiled concrete, has the appearance of sand beneath the lake’s surface. It feels very pleasant underfoot.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living area, which features a large dining table, a spacious sofa arrangement, and a television. The gable end facing Lake Constance is fully glazed. Two six-meter-long windows above the kitchen counter and above the staircase provide a unique panoramic view and allow plenty of pleasant natural light to flood in.
Directly adjacent to the kitchen is a practical pantry with ample storage space and an oven with a steam function. An additional restroom with a large sink at the rear of the attic ensures that you won’t have to go down the stairs to the bathroom too often.

Roof Terrace with Lake View
The roof terrace is a real highlight:
Whether it’s breakfast in the morning sun, a relaxed lunch, or atmospheric evenings—the outdoor dining table and lounge chairs invite you to linger. Two large sliding doors open the living space wide onto the terrace, creating a seamless connection between the interior, the village, and the magnificent natural scenery of Lake Constance.
And even in bad (winter) weather, you can enjoy the view of the stormy lake from behind the large glass walls. The upper part of the terrace railing is made of glass, allowing for an unobstructed view of Lake Constance even from the sofa area. Shielded from view from the street, you’ll experience peace, privacy, and a breathtaking view—just like from the bridge of a ship.

Sleep & Relax
On the first floor, two stylish bedrooms await you, each with a comfortable double bed. One bedroom also features a sofa and a TV. The exclusive bathroom boasts a bathtub, walk-in shower, toilet, and bidet—a true haven of relaxation.
A separate workspace with a desk and network connection makes the apartment ideal for guests who’d like to get some work done while they’re here.

Wasserburg is a dead-end street toward the peninsula—there is no through traffic; access is limited to hotel guests, and there are only a few public parking spaces. Peace and relaxation are guaranteed. Parking spaces for our guests are, of course, available right on our property. Within a 150-meter radius, you’ll find six restaurants, some right on the lake—ranging from cozy to upscale, with something for every taste and budget.

Amenities for a completely carefree stay:
Upon your arrival, you’ll find freshly made beds, carefully laid out hand towels, shower towels, and dish towels, as well as a starter kit with cleaning, dishwashing, and hygiene supplies. Final cleaning, bed linens, and one set of towels per person per week are included in the price; additional sets of towels can be booked at any time as needed.

Important Notes:
Dogs are permitted in this accommodation for an additional fee. Due to the stairs, the apartment is only suitable for small children to a limited extent; we recommend this accommodation for children ages 12 and up. Flexible check-in and check-out are available seven days a week, and thanks to the key safe on site, even a late arrival is no problem.
