An elegant, tastefully furnished apartment in the heart of Verona. Located in a building with an elevator, it has been recently renovated in a modern style.

The apartment features a living room with an open kitchen and a double sofa bed, two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a small bedroom with a single bed, a second bathroom, and a balcony. It can accommodate up to 6 people and is ideal for experiencing Verona, just a short walk from the historic center and the main attractions.

The space
• The living room features a cozy relaxation area furnished with a comfortable sofa and a 60-inch TV, as well as a dining area with a spacious table, perfect for lunches and dinners with friends. The living room opens directly onto the balcony, perfect for breakfast outdoors or for unwinding at the end of the day.

• The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, featuring everything you need to cook on your own, with a full range of appliances, dishes, pots, and utensils available for guests.

• The sleeping area, clearly separated from the living area, consists of three bedrooms. Two of the double bedrooms are very spacious, featuring large closets and walk-in closets, while the third bedroom is more compact but still comfortable. All rooms are bright and feature attention to detail, designed to ensure comfort even during longer stays.

• The apartment has two modern bathrooms, both en suite, equipped with a shower stall and showerhead. The washing machine is located in a separate, dedicated space away from the bathrooms and is available for guests’ use.

• The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning, a security door, double-glazed windows for sound and thermal insulation, aluminum window frames, electric roller shutters, and Wi-Fi accessible in all rooms.

• Included are a welcome kit with towels of various sizes, blankets, pillows, sheets, and comforters, as well as coffee and water, and of course everything you need for cooking (pots, dishes, silverware, etc.)

• Pets and smoking are strictly prohibited inside the apartment and on the balcony

The apartment is located on the second floor of an elegant, stately building, offering a quiet and private setting, ideal for relaxing after a day of work or exploring Verona.
