About this apartment rental
Refurbished at the beginning of 2026, the apartment is spacious and located in one of the most typical alleys of Old Nice. All restaurants, shops, supermarkets are downstairs from the apartment. 100m from Place Garibaldi and the tramway, 300m from the beach and Cours Saleya. The location is exceptional.
It has a small balcony which is rare in the old town, and overlooks the rooftops (quiet) and the church tower. 2 bedrooms, one of which is very large with dressing room and office, and another small bedroom (7m2, there is a glass roof overlooking the corridor but no window)PGJyPg
Air-conditioned apartment, with washing machine (a dryer is also available at the bottom of the building by purchasing a token).
End of stay cleaning is included.
Attention: Possibility of renting sheets/towels OPTIONAL (20€/double bed - and 6€ per shower towel). This service is optional to allow you to bring your own, which allows us to offer you a suitable rate in the ad.
The tram lines are 100m away and take you everywhere (airport, port, etc).
