When you walk through the door, you are greeted by a lovely living area: a cozy and bright space where a table and chairs invite you to slow and romantic breakfasts. The kitchenette, complete with microwave, kettle and dishes, allows you to live the Venetian experience with freedom and comfort: an intimate dinner after a day spent among historic bridges, hidden views and timeless wonders.

HOUSE RULES
• Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
• Respect quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00, avoiding noises that may disturb the neighborhood.
• No parties or events are allowed.
• Only registered guests can stay in the accommodation.
• Please use furniture, appliances and all equipment in the house carefully.
• Before leaving the apartment, be sure to turn off lights, cookers, air conditioners and other appliances.
• Separate collection is mandatory. Waste must be returned in the appropriate containers and must not be left inside the accommodation at the end of the stay.
• It is forbidden to move furniture or furnishings without authorization.
• Any damage, failure or malfunction must be reported promptly.
• When leaving the accommodation, make sure that doors and windows are properly closed.
• Check-out must be done within the agreed time.
