Overall the property is near the airport which was awesome and the property is very well maintained. There water now which was relieving. The management of the property was also lovely.

Easy key collection. 10 minutes drive from airport. Comfortable beds.
Toilet drainage was a disaster. By second day it was unsable. We spent most of the day sightseeing hoping it would fix itself, but it was still unusable in the evening..disaster. we ended up leaving for the airport early to just use a bathroom!
Also despite being close to the airport, a taxi to and from the airport is still 30 euros. It wasn't a cost-effective option for our short stay in Rome sadly. We felt quite cut off and taxis into Rome were around 75 euros each way.
