Ok but could be more comfortable.

The location is perfect. View is amazing. Big apartment

The apartment is outdated. Kitchen is old, not a lot of cutlery available. It’s good for a few days but it’s not made for cooking extensive meals. The showers and bath are also old and rusty. It’s time for an update. One of the toilets was not flushing, luckely one of us had plumbing experience and could fix it. Otherwise one toilet with 5 people would not have been enough… Also a bit of information about the waste management would have come in handy

Brud, zaniedbania i niebezpieczne usterki – zdecydowanie odradzam

Widok z balkonu

Zdecydowanie odradzam. Najgorszy standard, z jakim mieliśmy do czynienia. Apartament był po prostu wstrętnie brudny i skrajnie zaniedbany. Nie mówimy tutaj o kilku niedociągnięciach, tylko o miejscu, które sprawiało wrażenie, jakby od dawna nikt porządnie go nie posprzątał ani nie sprawdził przed przyjazdem gości. Wszędzie było brudno i lepiąco – klamki w kuchni były oblepione i klejące, ściany oraz okna brudne, a dookoła okien widoczny był grzyb. Łóżka w salonie były brudne, dodatkowo zapadnięte i bardzo niewygodne. Do tego dochodzą problemy, które mogą być wręcz niebezpieczne. Z klimatyzacji ciekła woda po ścianie bezpośrednio w okolice kontaktu oraz na podłogę. To nie jest drobna usterka, tylko sytuacja stwarzająca realne zagrożenie. W jednej z sypialni ułamana była noga łóżka, więc nawet podstawowe wyposażenie nie było sprawne. Ekspres do kawy przeciekał i nie działał. Patelnie były tak porysowane i zużyte, że nie nadawały się do normalnego użytkowania. Na tarasie krzesła były porwane i w bardzo złym stanie. Całość wyglądała tak, jakby właściciel maksymalnie oszczędzał na sprzątaniu, konserwacji i wymianie zużytego wyposażenia, jednocześnie oczekując pełnej ceny za pobyt. To nie był apartament gotowy na przyjęcie gości. To było miejsce wymagające gruntownego sprzątania, napraw i wymiany części wyposażenia, zanim w ogóle powinno zostać ponownie wystawione na wynajem. Zdecydowanie nie polecam i radzę dokładnie przeczytać opinie innych osób przed dokonaniem rezerwacji. Zdjęcia i opis mogą tworzyć zupełnie inne wrażenie niż rzeczywisty stan obiektu.
