As soon as you step into this charming vacation rental, you’ll feel the warm, inviting atmosphere that combines classic country-house charm with modern comforts. The apartment spans two floors and offers approximately 44 m² of space for up to four people.
The living and dining area features cozy seating, a flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. The bedroom on the upper floor features a comfortable double bed and thoughtful details that ensure a restful night’s sleep. The open loft area includes a sleeper sofa—ideal for additional guests or school-age children.
The bathroom, with a shower and toilet, is modernly equipped and offers plenty of space. The decor, featuring warm terracotta and natural tones, creates a soothing, relaxed atmosphere. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
In the summer, the outdoor pool (seasonal and weather-dependent) invites you to take a dip and relax, while the sauna and small play area round out the wellness experience. A washing machine and dryer are available in a separate room. Use of the sauna, washing machine, and dryer is available for a fee.
The “Auf den Höfen” complex is idyllically located right next to the Kühlungsborn city forest. Here you’ll find peace, nature, and yet proximity to the sea—the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach is about a 20-minute walk away. In the summer, the communal outdoor pool (weather permitting, June through mid-September) provides a refreshing escape, while the sauna promises year-round relaxation.
A private parking space and bicycle storage round out the amenities. Pets are not allowed; this is a non-smoking apartment.
