The Alpenwunder Vacation Rental is a charming attic apartment on the second floor that delights guests with its unique charm and a stunning balcony view of the surrounding mountains. Spanning approximately 54 m², this lovingly designed retreat for 2–3 people awaits you—centrally located in the heart of Mittenwald.
A special highlight is the consistent use of elegant royal blue throughout, which lends the apartment a calm, stylish, and at the same time extraordinary atmosphere. The harmoniously coordinated color scheme creates an elegant living environment with an Alpine touch.
The open-concept living and dining area invites you to wind down and relax at the end of the day. Living, enjoyment, and the view come together here in a particularly harmonious way—accompanied by the impressive panorama of the Alps. The kitchen is functionally equipped and offers everything you need for your stay. Instead of a traditional stove, you’ll find a modern mini-oven that offers versatile cooking options. (There is no dishwasher.)
The bedroom impresses with its cozy design and provides the ideal setting for restful nights. The bathroom is located in the attic and is intentionally compact. Due to the sloping ceiling, the headroom in the shower is limited to about 175 cm (with a shower curtain)—functional and stripped down to the essentials.
The central location allows you to reach Mittenwald’s historic old town in just about a 3-minute walk. A REWE supermarket is also just a few minutes away, so you can easily stock up on groceries at any time. A parking space is, of course, available to you.
Pets are also welcome—we simply ask that you notify us in advance.
