About this apartment rental
You’ll be staying in our historic farmhouse in Konstanz, Litzelstetten, just a short walk from the lakeshore, Mainau Island, and the Lake Constance Bike Path.
Our vacation apartment with a lake view features a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a walk-in closet, a large bathroom with a shower, bathtub, sink, and toilet, a spacious living room with a dining table, TV, a sleeper sofa for up to 2 people, and a beautiful view of Lake Constance (Überlinger See).
The vacation rental is located in the attic. On warm Lake Constance summer days, the window layout allows for excellent cross-ventilation, ensuring a fresh breeze and pleasant temperatures.
Your own parking space right next to the house ensures a stress-free arrival. If you’re traveling by bike, you can safely store your bicycles or e-bikes in the lockable storage area; a charging station for e-bikes is also available. If you’d like to do laundry during your stay, you’re welcome to use the washer and dryer by prior arrangement.
Thanks to the spacious layout, the option to add a bed in the living room, and the fully equipped kitchen, our apartment is ideal for families. Even for longer stays, the apartment’s layout and the storage space in the walk-in closet provide ample room and comfort so you can feel right at home.
