Our popular vacation rental, “Sandvoss 70s Retro,” is located in a prime spot in Titisee-Neustadt, in the Titisee neighborhood, and offers plenty of space for two people in its 35 square meters. In this exclusive, quiet, and central location, you can enjoy a unique and eventful vacation in the Black Forest all year round.
The “Sandvoss 70s Retro” vacation rental in detail:
The Sandvoss guesthouse is located on the northeastern shore of the lake, in a very sunny spot. Seestraße and the town center are just a 2–3-minute walk away. You can reach swimming spots on the lake in just 2–3 minutes and the forest in just 10 minutes on foot. Our exclusive retro vacation apartment is thus right in the heart of the popular Titisee neighborhood, yet still in a very quiet location.
The bright, spacious (approx. 35 sqm) basement apartment features a separate, covered entryway with seating and a small hallway separated from the apartment by a door. The apartment features a large and bright living and sleeping area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a newly renovated bathroom (shower/toilet). The apartment is furnished with an original 1970s designer dining table with 4 chairs and a new TV, a box-spring bed (1.60 x 2.00), as well as a wardrobe and a cozy relaxation corner.
For tobacco enthusiasts, the private, covered, and weather-protected entryway with seating offers a pleasant place to relax right next to the fresh, oxygen-rich air of the high-altitude health resort Titisee.
There is enough space for a crib or travel bed. Fresh bed linens, as well as hand and bath towels, are included.
Outside, three distinct areas await our guests:
A rustic outdoor kitchen with a swivel grill, a hot plate, and trendy, handmade upcycled furniture, as well as a large, elevated wooden deck featuring a high-quality dining lounge with comfortable lounge chairs, a seating area, and a large umbrella.
In the front area, there’s also a quiet, secluded seating area surrounded by greenery.
