Near the "Podere Mulino Vecchio" in the municipality of Guardistallo, the two natural stone vacation homes “Rifugio Castelmugi” and “Rifugio Guardistallo” are located near the “Frantoio I Massi” oil mill. These two vacation homes, built offset from one another (with entrances and terraces facing opposite directions), sit high above the valley like a pulpit.

The mountain village of Guardistallo is about 1.5 km away. Here you can do your shopping or enjoy a cappuccino in the small piazza.

The beach in Cecina-Mare, which is just a few minutes’ drive away, is 7.5 km away.

The house is ideal for 2 people. Since there is a comfortable sleeper sofa in the living room, up to 4 people can stay here. A well-functioning wood-burning stove with a large viewing window provides cozy warmth and comfort during the cooler months.

The house has 2 terraces. One is a sun terrace with a view of the sea, and the other is a terrace shaded by straw mats. Teak chairs, a teak table, and lounge chairs are provided here.
