Welcome to our comfortable “Vacation Rental 2” at “Haus Dünenblick.” As the name suggests, you’ll enjoy a breathtaking view of the picturesque dune landscape. This high-quality accommodations are located in the beautiful Pirolatal valley on Langeoog and is perfect for a relaxing vacation for up to five people. A lovely terrace and a balcony with panoramic views invite you to enjoy relaxing moments.

This modern duplex apartment spans 75 m² and is spread over two floors (first floor and upper floor). On the lower floor, you’ll find an open-concept living area with a cozy couch corner and TV. The open, modern kitchen and dining area also provide plenty of space for spending time together. Amenities include high-quality kitchen appliances—including a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher—as well as three coffee makers (filter/capsule/pod) and a raclette grill.

From the living area, you can step out onto the spacious, furnished west-facing terrace that catches the afternoon sun; you’ll find another cozy spot to relax in the garden right next to it. It’s perfect for enjoying your first morning coffee on the garden bench, relaxing on the sun lounger, or wrapping up your day with a barbecue.

A spiral staircase leads to the two separate bedrooms on the upper floor. Both rooms are equipped with a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm) and closets for your vacation wardrobe. From one of the rooms, you’ll enjoy a stunning view of the Langeoog dunes, as well as from the adjacent furnished east-facing balcony—you can even hear the sound of the sea from here! The other bedroom faces the garden and also promises a restful night’s sleep. In addition to the double bed, this room features a built-in children’s bed (160 x 80 cm) and a small desk. The couch in the living room can be converted into a comfortable small double bed, providing an additional sleeping option (160 x 200 cm).

The spacious, naturally lit bathroom on the upper floor features a roomy walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and floor heating, as well as the additional guest bathroom on the first floor, provide added comfort and make daily bathroom routines more relaxing.

For our younger guests, the family-friendly “Vacation Apartment 2” is equipped with a high chair, a crib, a safety gate, outlet covers, and some toys as standard features.

Free Wi-Fi is available. In addition to a modern TV, a DVD player and a Blu-ray player are at your disposal. A selection of CDs, DVDs, and board games provides even more variety.

Our pet-free, non-smoking apartment is also ideal for people with allergies. The floors are covered with easy-to-maintain and hygienic vinyl.

General Information: In the entryway, you’ll find a convenient storage room with a high chair, a drying rack, an ironing board, and various sand toys. The tall cabinet in the living room contains a broom, mop set, and vacuum cleaner. A separate washing machine is available in the guest bathroom. This is a smoke-free property.

Langeoog impresses with a wide, 14-kilometer-long white sandy beach and wonderful swimming opportunities. Water sports enthusiasts will also find perfect conditions on the island year-round for surfing, kitesurfing, or paddleboarding. The popular “Gerk sin Spoor” beach access point, with its colorful beach chairs in the summer, is just a 5-minute walk away (2 minutes by bike).
The charming viewpoint “former maritime rescue observation station,” with its breathtaking panoramic view of the North Sea, dunes, Wadden Sea, and the silhouette of Langeoog, is practically “right on your doorstep” (about a 4-minute walk). From there, you can reach the beach in about another 5 minutes.

You can quickly reach the charming island town center—with plenty of shopping options, lovely restaurants, and cozy cafés—by bike (3 minutes) or comfortably on foot (about 14 minutes).

The seawater water park, which features a water slide and sauna for swimming fun and wellness, is also within walking distance of the house (about 14 minutes).
