This typical West Styrian farmhouse, dating from between 1750 and 1800, is located three kilometers from the center of Bad Schwanberg, at the foot of the Koralpe, nestled in the idyllic Schilcher region of West Styria. Surrounded by rolling hills, meadows, and vineyards, the house offers peace and quiet, nature, and a genuine West Styrian way of life.
The farmhouse captivates with its authentic charm, featuring thick stone walls, old wooden beams, and traditional construction. It has been carefully preserved and offers a cozy atmosphere for a relaxing vacation.

The surrounding area is perfect for hikes on the Koralpe, bike rides, visits to wine taverns, wine testings, and relaxing days in nature.
The house is located in a lively rural setting with livestock farming, which occasionally brings with it typical sounds and smells—an authentic experience of West Styrian country life.
The region has a lot to offer in terms of cuisine: Both traditional inns and award-winning restaurants are located nearby and invite you to enjoy regional specialties and delightful evenings.
For daily needs, local shops in Bad Schwanberg are easily accessible. Larger shopping trips can be conveniently handled in Deutschlandsberg, and anyone planning a trip to the state capital, Graz, can reach it in about an hour. Thanks to the newly opened Koralm Railway (December 2025), the neighboring state of Carinthia is also easily accessible, and the Carinthian lakes are perfect for a day trip.
The Zotter chocolate factory in Riegersburg is also a popular destination, and a tour of Riegersburg Castle is a must (the via ferrata is a special highlight for active vacationers).
