The stylishly designed vacation townhouse accommodates 8 people and is spread over two floors: the first floor and the first floor.

From the entryway on the first floor, you enter the living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. At the rear of the unit is a separate restroom and a bedroom with an en suite bathroom.
The living area provides direct access to the outdoor area.

An interior staircase leads to the first floor. The first bedroom is furnished with twin beds that can be pushed together if needed. From this room, you have a beautiful view of the sea, the swimming pool, and the medieval town of Kotor on a nearby hill. The second bedroom has a double bed and views of the sea and the city. The third bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a private bathroom, and also offers views of the sea, the city, and the forest.
The third bathroom in this house is also located on the first floor.

The outdoor area features a partially covered terrace (with a pleasantly airy square patio awning) furnished with a large table and chairs, ideal for enjoying pleasant, cozy moments together. The high-quality Weber gas grill is perfect for this purpose. Next to the swimming pool, there are 4 sun loungers for sunbathing and relaxing, as well as an outdoor shower. The entrance area and the 2 parking spaces are under video surveillance.

The entire house is air-conditioned and equipped with Wi-Fi. All rooms have a TV with satellite channels.

All bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets on the windows.
