About this apartment rental
Modern designer loft with a terrace and a quiet courtyard setting—just a few meters from the lake
LAKE LOFT Pure is a stylish, open-concept designer loft located right in the heart of Überlingen’s Old Town. Lake Constance, the promenade, and numerous cafés and restaurants are just a few meters away—yet you’ll enjoy a pleasantly quiet stay here in the sheltered courtyard of the historic Pflummernhaus. With approximately 60 m² of living space, the loft combines modern design with a clean, minimalist layout. The open-concept living and dining area, complete with a fully equipped kitchen, invites you to cook and linger, and opens onto your own private terrace, which offers additional space for relaxation. The separate sleeping area is integrated into the loft-style layout by a spacious, glass partition. This allows plenty of natural light to flood into the sleeping area, emphasizing the open design. For privacy, the glass area can be completely closed off with curtains as needed. The bedroom has a tranquil design and is equipped with a modern, controlled ventilation system that ensures a comfortable indoor climate at all times.
The modern bathroom features a shower and toilet. LAKE LOFT Pure is ideal for couples, small families, or friends who want to combine modern living, a quiet courtyard location, and immediate proximity to the lake.
The following are available:
a comfortable double bed, a
sleep sofa in the living area, and
a private parking space right next to the apartment
