The house consists of 7 bedrooms with air conditioning (reversible). 5 double bedrooms with 160 cm beds, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds that can be joined or separated, 1 bedroom with 3 single beds. 5 bathrooms (2 of which are en suite with a master bedroom), 5 separate toilets. 4 bedrooms are on the first floor, and 3 are upstairs, and they all have sea and pool views.

Portigliolo cove is preserved and little frequented, even in summer. It offers many leisure options: active and renowned sailing club, motorboat rental, straw huts and restaurants, petanque, tennis and padel.
I can also rent the house in "small format" mode with 3 bedrooms (6p, 2 double beds and one with 2 single beds, 3 bathrooms).
Noisy parties are not allowed in the house in order to respect the neighborhood and ensure the tranquility of the place.
