From the street parking lot, take a hiking trail ON FOOT that leads uphill to the house in 5 minutes.
Il Casone features a large panoramic terrace and a pergola on the first floor with a kitchen-living room, as well as a sleeping area (sleeps 4) on the first floor with a bathroom.
Il Casone is ideal for those seeking peace and quiet, as well as the beach, hiking, and excursions. Il Casone is easily accessible from the Genoa and Pisa airports and from the Rapallo train station. Located just 5 minutes from the highway exit (Rapallo), you continue along a quiet country road. From the parking lot, take a footpath uphill that leads to the house in 5 minutes.
Thanks to a stable and fast internet connection, the house is perfect for extended stays (staycations) for those who want to work remotely in a relaxing countryside setting near the sea. We recommend requesting personalized long-stay offers. Pets are allowed for an additional fee of 10.00 euros per night per pet (max. 2); please specify the type of pet and its characteristics at the time of booking.
