The apartment is just as in pictures. It looks newly renovated, and it was very clean. It is the most spacious apartment I have ever been in. The living room is nicely separated from the bedroom by the kitchen, so one person can get up earlier or stay up later without bothering the other. The bathroom is right next to the bedroom, so keep that in mind.
The kitchen looked decently equipped. We didn't do much cooking. But there was an oven and a microwave, a coffee machine, a kettle. Even a dishwasher and washing machine. We didn't use most of those, but they exist.
The hosts were very quick to answer and very helpful. We even had a small problem in the apartment, and a small damage happen, but the hosts were quick to help and very understanding of everything.
The balconies didn't look sturdy enough to step on outside. They probably are, we were probably just too cautious. We didn't inquire with the hosts, this was not a big problem for us.
Things that didn't bother us, but are things to keep in mind if they are important details for you:
It is on the first floor, without an elevator. The staircase is decently wide, it was not a problem for us.
The apartment is in a quiet part of Valletta, away from nightclubs and city life. The old wooden-framed windows are very charming. However they are not completely soundproof. You can hear a normal amount of city noise. It didn't bother us, nor keep us awake.
I would gladly return to this apartment.

The location is close to the center. We received a lot of helpful information even before we arrived and we saved a lot of time, thank you.
The apartment is close to a street and it was quite noisy.
