A good place to stay for the price.

Location was great

We stayed at this place in summer and it became super hot in the apartment with barely any chance to get cool air from the outside to the bed upstairs.

Diese Nacht hat uns leider den Urlaub verdorben

Der Gastgeber hat erst deutsche Sprache für den Empfang gebraucht, als es Mängel gab schrieb er auf einmal auf Englisch und das mehrdeutig. Das Zimmer ist neben einer Bundesstraße und es gab Bilder von einem Balkon, der nicht zum Zimmer gehörte.

Alles! Das Zimmer war eindeutig nach dem letzten Besucher nicht gereinigt worden, der Vermieter meinte dass wir canceln könnten, was wir dann wollten, darauf meinte er: aber ohne Rückerstattung. Das Bett war, wie sich später herausgestellt hat benutzt und mit Spermaflecken! nicht benutzbar. Wir wären in der Nacht nicht ausgezogen daher kein Entgegenkommen des Vermieters Wir sind entsetzt! Und fragen uns wie Booking.com dazu steht, hier gibt es nach Beschwerde und Nachfragen keine Reaktion

Disgusting place to avoid!

Guten Tag, üblicherweise schreibe ich nur gute bis sehr gute Bewertungen, heute mache ich nach reiflicher Überlegung eine Ausnahme. Zum Besuch einer Freundin buchte ich für über 100€ lange im voraus dieses kleine Appartement. Meine Anfrage zum etwas früheren Checkin ( ab 16:00h normal) wurde mir erklärt, daß zur Sauberkeit die Reinigung Zeit bedarf, man käme unaufgefordert auf meinen Wunsch zurück, dies passierte nicht! Nach Ankunft in Sonthofen mußte ich 2 Stunden warten, das ist okej und mein Problem, aber um 16:15h (!) war der Schlüssel nicht im Schlüsselsafe. Stattdessen bekam ich mehrere Nachrichten, wie ich mich verhalten solle, z.B. in die zweite Etage nur ohne Schuhe zu gehen. Ich mußte mehrere Klingeln betätigen um dann von einer freundlichen Bewohnerin nützliche Infos zu bekommen, dann kam eine Dame für die Reinigung zuständig und holte den Schlüssel für mich. Im sogenannten Appartement angekommen war die Hitze unerträglich, direkt unter dem Dach das Bett mit über 46 Grad Celsius! Eine Kaffemaschine war nicht vorhanden, nicht einmal ein löslicher Kaffee. Das Schlimmste jedoch war die unerträgliche Hitze im Bett, ich wälzte mich auf dem viel zu kurzen Sofa um nicht zu ersticken! Als die Nacht endlich zu Ende ging, war ich froh weiter nach Italien reisen zu dürfen, völlig ermüdet von der Nacht. Positiv waren die beiden freundlichen Damen und die grundsätzliche Sauberkeit, obschon das Wasserglas im Schrank von mir auch erst gereinigt werden mußte. Ungewöhnlich fand ich auch ständig auf Englisch angeschrieben zu werden, immerhin in Deutschland. Meine Hinweise wurden geflissentlich ignoriert. Noch etwas zum Schluß, die sehr steile Treppe zum "Bett" war lebensgefährlich und wacklig, von oben glich es eher einer mittelalterlichen Falltür, unglaublich, daß so etwas zulässig ist. Alles in allem liebe Zimmersuchenden, meidet dieses Angebot, ich kann nur davor warnen.

Good morning, usually I do prefer good to very good recensions, today I will do an exeption. Visiting a friend I booked early in advance this "appartement" asking for an earlier checkin than 16:00h, the owner told me, he will come back to my request, but he never did. Instaed of he sent me multiple messages to go upstairs on marble stairs without shoes and other advises which we are not used to get in Germany! The key wasn't even at 16:15h (!) at the safe so I wrote to him, he anwsered late! In the meantime other persons living there helped met out, so finally I got the keys. To make a long story short, disgusting heat in that room, steep stairs, wanking to the bed under the roof, impossible to stand the heat there! The hole going down more looks like a trapdor to a dungeon, very dangerous indeed. The only positive I can write, the house lady was friendly and it was quite clean inside, even though a water glass I needed to wash up before cleaning. Guys avois this place, sleeping in your car is the better option instaed of waisting more than 100€!

Easy to get there, easy to get to the room. Nice room, clean and tidy!!!

Due to the weather it was very hot. During the evening it smelled like animal poo due to the surrounding fields that must have been prepared in the afternoon, so to get fresh air was not easy. This is only a seasonal problem and not related to the accomodation directly but made the stay less comfortable.
