The hotel room was a bit dated but had all the necessary amenities. Wifi was fine. The staff at reception were pleasant. The hotel is less than 5 minutes walk from Lindau Reutin Railway Station while the old town of Lindau is a 20-30 minute walk away. The area was pleasant and safe.
When I checked in, I was not automatically given the pass which provides free travel on local public transport. When I enquired about this at reception the next morning, the gentleman stated that he was not sure of the process to issue this pass and I should come back in 3 hours when someone else takes over at reception. I didn't bother as I was not willing to interrupt my sightseeing!

Hotel in neuen Händen. Zimmer frisch renoviert. Ausgezeichnete Betten.
