Very disappointed

Nice apartment with wonderful views. The host tryed to resolve the situation and he returned the money for the all nights .

We arrive and we found apartment unclean(bed and used by the last customer). We didn’t stay at the apartment.

Unclean

The apartment was not clean, the showers had not been cleaned, the windows had been particularly cleaned, the window shutters in the bedroom didn't work, the floor was filthy. Not enough bedding. On arrival there was no toilet roll. Over all not worth the money and not a luxury apartment as listed.

Fatal
