About this house rental
The old elementary schools, having fallen into disuse due to the declining population, were being demolished and falling into disrepair. The Agr. 33 Scouts decided to roll up their sleeves and restore them, bringing them back to life once again.
In a small village in the municipality of Belmonte, Inguias—just 8 km from the historic town of Belmonte—they found a beautiful space with all the amenities: a former elementary school restored by the Belmonte Scouts. This school is now fully equipped and adapted to welcome visitors who wish to explore the municipality of Belmonte and all the natural and cultural treasures it has to offer, as well as the surrounding region, which includes the magnificent Serra da Estrela and the historic villages of Sortelha and Sabugal.
The building features a suite with a double bed (bathroom with shower), a double room equipped with an extra bed, and a dormitory with bunk beds that can accommodate 13 people in single beds. a men’s common bathroom with 3 toilets and two showers, a women’s common bathroom with 2 toilets and 2 shower stalls, a large living room furnished for dining and leisure, a fully equipped kitchen so that our guests can cook at home, as well as a fully equipped laundry room, so that guests will have no trouble with their laundry
