This charming vacation rental offers everything you need for a relaxing getaway in its 47 m² of space. The bright living area flows seamlessly into the open kitchen, separated only by rustic wooden beams—creating a cozy loft-like atmosphere with plenty of space to unwind. The old living room door and the extra-wide wooden floorboards tell the story of the house and give the apartment its very special character.
The name “Sonnenschein” (Sunshine) is no coincidence: As the day progresses, the sun moves across the sky, bathing the living area in light from three sides—ideal for reading, relaxing, or simply enjoying the moment. The separate bedroom with a comfortable box-spring bed ensures a restful night’s sleep, while a modern bathroom and a small hallway round out this temporary home. If needed, the sofa bed in the living area can be converted into an additional sleeping space for up to two people.
In the idyllic courtyard with grapevines and a large dining table, you can wind down at the end of the day with a glass of wine or a leisurely breakfast outdoors. The historic center is about a five-minute walk away, and you’ll find convenient, free parking on the street in front of the house.
