You’ll be staying in the former stable wing of a 200-year-old, historic barn. This solid structure, typical of the region and the town, was recently renovated and converted into a residence with great care, focusing on sustainability and environmental friendliness. The ground-floor apartment is wheelchair-accessible and generously laid out at approximately 90 square meters. A small garden with a terrace and a wall-mounted charging station for your electric car are available.

Welcome to our unique vacation rental in a lovingly restored, listed building that was formerly used as a barn. With great sensitivity, high-quality materials, and deep respect for its history, an extraordinary living space has been created here.
The apartment combines historic charm with modern comfort. Exposed wooden beams, natural materials, and high-quality finishes create a warm, inviting atmosphere with a unique character.
The spacious, open-concept living and dining area with an integrated kitchen forms the heart of the apartment—ideal for cooking, dining, and relaxing together. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you could want.
It comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. Two separate bedrooms ensure a restful night’s sleep:
• one bedroom with a comfortable double bed (1.80 m)
• another bedroom with two cozy single beds (90 cm, which can be pushed together)
A modern bathroom and an additional guest restroom offer extra comfort—especially pleasant when staying with several people.
The entire apartment is on one level and designed to be barrier-free, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests.
A small, cozy garden with seating and a grill invites you to linger—whether for breakfast in the fresh air or a relaxing evening in a pleasant atmosphere.
We placed particular emphasis on eco-friendly construction. Sustainable building materials and natural elements ensure a healthy indoor environment and an all-around pleasant living experience.

The entire apartment is on one level. Access is via a shared building entrance. The courtyard is accessible via a separate driveway. A private parking space is available for the vacation rental (not suitable for RVs).
The Sulzburg city tourist tax is calculated separately and collected on site (approx. €1.30–€1.60 per person/night).
