We constantly monitor the local weather and turn on the heating system as soon as temperatures drop, ensuring your home is always warm.
The temperature is set to 21°C / 22°C, ideal for healthy comfort. We ask that you avoid wasting energy out of respect for the environment; any requests for higher temperatures will incur an extra charge.
⚡ Electrical System
As in most homes in Italy, there is a limit to the electrical capacity. Avoid turning on too many appliances at the same time (such as the washing machine, dryer, oven, kettle, hair dryer, and induction cooktop) to prevent the circuit breaker from tripping. If that happens, no problem: you’ll find instructions in the house to restore power in a flash!
💳 Security deposit: A credit card deposit is required. (Our system is secure and does not affect your credit limit.)
