The “Storch” apartment in Muhr am See combines the charm of a historic home (built in 1850, most recently renovated in 2022) with modern comforts and thoughtfully designed amenities. Spanning 47 m² on the first floor, this bright one-room apartment features a separate bedroom and an additional living area—ideal for 1 to 4 people, couples, small families, or anyone who enjoys spacious accommodations even while on vacation. Children and babies are warmly welcome, and pets are also allowed (up to 2).
Living and relaxing here is completely hassle-free: vinyl flooring creates a pleasant sense of space, while privacy screens on all windows ensure privacy. The large TV (over 55 inches) with satellite connection is perfect for cozy evenings, while high-speed Wi-Fi starting at 100 Mbit/s and a desk provide ideal conditions for streaming, planning, or quiet work. A closet, full-length mirror, and a safe round out the amenities.
The open kitchen is directly connected to the living area and is fully equipped for everyday use: a 2-burner stove, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are provided, as well as dishes, silverware, kitchen utensils, spices, and dish towels. At the dining table, you can enjoy a relaxed breakfast or wind down the day with a meal together.
