Val di Fiemme. This cozy 80-square-meter attic apartment, recently renovated by local artisans, combines the warmth of fir and larch wood with the modernity of the most sophisticated amenities. Perfect for those seeking a panoramic retreat overlooking the Lagorai mountain range, just a 5-minute walk from the historic center.

The Space
A two-level attic, custom-furnished by local artisans using larch, fir, and oak wood, is laid out as follows:
- Entryway
- Open-concept space with kitchenette
- Pantry with laundry area,
- Master bedroom with private bathroom
- Loft with study area and bathroom
The property also includes:
- A charming and well-maintained garden for exclusive use,
- A covered parking space with the option to store personal sports equipment such as skis during the winter season or bicycles during the summer season.
The kitchenette is fully equipped: an induction cooktop with matching pots and pans, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher, and tableware for up to 6 people. The wooden dining table is typical of mountain-style homes, with a bench that wraps around the traditional pot stove. The convenient and spacious pantry is complemented by a laundry area equipped not only with a washing machine and sink but also with an iron and ironing board.
Next to the wood-burning stove is the relaxation area with a sofa and a 55-inch Smart TV connected to the Netflix streaming platform.
The bright master bedroom, with its very high ceiling and dark exposed beams, is furnished with mountain-style curtains and linens, a double bed, and a closet. Rounding out the room is the spacious, windowed private bathroom equipped with a shower and bidet.
On the second level is a bright loft with two skylights equipped with electric blackout blinds and a sensor for automatic closure in case of rain. The two single beds can be joined together. There is also a comfortable desk here for anyone who needs a workspace. On the same level is the second bathroom with a window, also equipped with a shower and bidet.
In addition to the clay stove, the house is heated by a district heating system. The house is connected to Wi-Fi.
Guest Access
Please note that the garage may be difficult to access. However, after unloading your luggage, you can park your car in a free parking lot in the immediate vicinity.
Other things to keep in mind
- All linens are included in the cleaning fee.
- The price does not include the tourist tax, which must be paid on site.
- At check-in, the identification documents of all guests will be requested and forwarded to the Trento Police Headquarters.
