This cozy vacation home welcomes you with a comfortable living area on the first floor, featuring a wood-burning stove for cozy evenings. A comfortable sofa area, TV, and a large dining table create the ideal gathering spot for evenings together. From the dining and living areas, you can step out onto the two sunny terraces and into the garden—perfect for relaxing on the sun loungers or enjoying social barbecue evenings surrounded by greenery.
The open, fully equipped kitchen has everything you could want: a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker and capsule machine, electric kettle, and toaster are all provided.
On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a sofa bed (80 x 190 cm) and a guest restroom. A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor, which features two additional bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed. Two modern bathrooms ensure comfort: one with a shower and another with a walk-in shower and bathtub. Underfloor heating, blackout curtains, a washing machine, and Wi-Fi round out the amenities.
Two outdoor parking spaces are reserved for you. A bicycle storage room is available for the bikes you bring with you. A washing machine and dryer are provided in the house. Wi-Fi is included.
Would you like to bring your dog on vacation? Up to two dogs are allowed to stay for an additional fee. Please note that this vacation home is a smoke-free property.
