About this apartment rental

Discover Verona from the heart of the historic center: this 120-square-meter apartment is located on Corso Santa Anastasia, on the first floor of a Renaissance building just a short walk from Piazza delle Erbe. High ceilings, original frescoes, and period details create an authentic atmosphere, combined with modern comforts and a convenient location for exploring the city on foot. The street is pedestrian-only and quiet, ideal for romantic getaways and also suitable for families with one or two children who want privacy and space.

The Space
The fully renovated apartment features two double bedrooms and two full bathrooms: the main one is bright and has an antechamber, while the second is more compact with a spacious shower and a small window (note: there is no bidet in the second bathroom).
The layout is perfect for 4 guests, with the option to accommodate up to 6 people upon request. The living area includes a living room and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen; air conditioning is available in the main bedrooms and the living room. There are also three TVs (one in each bedroom and one in the living room), Wi-Fi, and satellite TV.

Guest Access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including two balconies (approximately 5 square meters and 2.5 square meters); one overlooks Corso Santa Anastasia and is furnished with a small table and chairs.
A storage room for cleaning supplies and linens is reserved for staff and is not accessible. The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL).

Other things to keep in mind
The building does not have an elevator, but there is a stair lift that facilitates access even for people with limited mobility.
Small and medium-sized pets are allowed upon request; guests will be responsible for any damages or additional cleaning costs.
This accommodations are also ideal during Vinitaly for those who wish to stay in the city center and easily walk to restaurants, bars, and major points of interest.
Early check-in may be available upon request during Vinitaly week, subject to cleaning requirements and availability.
The electrical and heating systems have been recently updated to ensure greater comfort and safety.
In accordance with Verona City regulations, the tourist tax of €3.50 per person per night (for a maximum of 4 nights) is not included in the booking price and will be collected at check-in.
Exemptions are available in accordance with current regulations (for example, for children under 14).
