The fine-sand beach is just about 20 meters away via a beach access ramp on the opposite side of the street. The dog-friendly beach is also conveniently close by and easily accessible on foot.
The Timmendorfer Strand promenade, with its cafés, restaurants, and stylish boutiques, is only about a 10-minute walk away. You can also reach the Ostsee-Therme Scharbeutz in no time.
The front-facing balcony offers—depending on the season—a view toward the Baltic Sea. The mature trees create a pleasant balance between openness and privacy.
