This family-friendly accommodations are specifically designed to meet the needs of families and solo travelers. The spacious garden is perfect for relaxing in nature. The quiet location ensures that you’ll find the perfect retreat, far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Your lockable apartment is located on the 1st floor and offers direct access to the east and west balconies.

The vacation rental has two bedrooms—one bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and the other with a queen-size bed and a single bed. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, an oven, and a coffee maker. There are two bathrooms: one is equipped with a whirlpool tub and shower, and the other with a shower and toilet; there is also a separate toilet. The accommodation has access to the garden.
On-site fees: Note on the visitor’s tax: To promote regional tourism, overnight guests staying at lodging establishments in the Gerolstein municipal association have been required to pay a visitor’s tax (local tax) of 0.75 euros per person per night since 01.01.2024. Children aged 0–5 and business and educational travelers are exempt from this fee. The bylaws can be viewed at: www.gerolstein.de/gaestebeitrag Please note that a deposit of 100 € is required for your stay. This amount must be paid on-site no later than when the final payment is made. Provided there are no issues, the refund will be issued within 14 days.
