📸 Photos and Videos: Photography, video filming, or using the house as a film set is not permitted without prior agreement and written authorization.
🧼 Welcome Kit: We provide a basic amenity kit for the first few days. For the remainder of your stay, you will be responsible for purchasing your own supplies. We appreciate your understanding, as this is a vacation rental and not a hotel service.

We constantly monitor the local weather and turn on the heating system as soon as temperatures drop, ensuring your home is always warm.
The temperature is set to 21°C / 22°C, ideal for healthy comfort. We ask that you avoid wasting energy out of respect for the environment; any requests for higher temperatures will incur an additional charge.

As in most homes in Italy, there is a limit to the electrical capacity. Avoid turning on too many appliances at the same time (such as the oven, kettle, hair dryer, and induction cooktop) to prevent the circuit breaker from tripping. If this happens, don’t worry: you’ll find instructions in the house on how to restore power in a flash!
