Our "small" vacation home is located on the first floor; there are only garages below it. It features 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 13 people with sofa beds. It includes 2 modern bathrooms, a large dining table, 2 kitchens, and 2 balconies, as well as a large, fully fenced yard with a barbecue pavilion, barrel sauna, hot tub, and lounge area. In the basement, we’ve created a fully renovated party room spanning 70 m² with a bar, pool table, TV, and more. It’s perfect for bachelor parties or family celebrations. Located in a stunning landscape, not far from Lake Chiemsee and the mountains.
We look forward to welcoming you.
