Super Lage, modern und sauber ausgestattet, einfache Kommunikation mit Vermieter
Wohnung hatte eine Terrasse, was sehr schön war.
Matratzen einseitig schon durchgelegen, Halterungen im Bad sind nur angeklebt und fallen ab. Für die Klimaanlage fehlte eine Beschreibung.. Es ist sehr hellhörig. Am Abreisetag war das Zahlenschloss zur Wohnungstür bereits um 10 Uhr deaktiviert, obwohl die Abreise bis 11:00 Uhr möglich ist, zum Glück war noch jemand von uns in der Wohnung, um die Tür zu öffnen.

We absolutely loved the rooftop area on sunny days! It is so nice, quiet, and peaceful that you could easily lounge there all day long. The apartment itself is cozy and has almost everything you need.
We did experience a minor plumbing issue during our stay, but communication with the host was incredibly quick and easy. They handled it immediately and got everything fixed in no time.
On top of that, the host was extremely helpful and let us store our luggage after check-out, which we highly appreciated
The apartment was a great base for exploring, but some details could be improved. If you plan to cook, keep in mind that you will need to buy all basic pantry supplies like salt, sugar, and oil, as none are provided. This was particularly important for us as we had two celiacs in our group. Additionally, the swimming pool is much smaller than it appears in the pictures—it is only knee-deep and very cold. On the plus side, while the location is a bit far from the main attractions, we absolutely loved the walk. Sevilla is a beautiful city to get lost in, and walking allowed us to discover some incredible hidden gems

La ubicación y el apartamento muy limpio y vuidado
La climatización es pésima, climatización centralizada y solo sale aire en las rejillas de salón, en las habitaciones nada de aire. La primera noche no funcionaba nada. No hay una fregona ni un cepillo, si se derrama algo no hay como limpiarlo.
