A Steaming Pile of Odorous Excrement

Nothing

This was a disaster of a booking from start to finish. The property used an internet link paired with a buzzer on the front door for entry. The link they sent me was broken, they didn't answer my messages for assistance for 22 minutes, and then, when they did, it took a further 20 minutes to access the apartment. They only typed in Spanish, so I, as the paying customer, was the one that had to copy, paste, read, type, copy paste from Spanish to English and back again to communicate with them. Additionally, the place was sold as a private apartment and it was not, it was a shared bathroom and kitchen with a very small room. The room itself stank of fresh paint and there was no way to air it as it had no windows. Additionally, the room and bathroom were dirty, lots of hair and dust on the floor. The only redeeming factor was the clean bed.
