It is a very clean, spacious house, brand new kitchen and appliances.
It had everything we needed. extra touches on arrival which is unusual at lots of places.
Toilet rolls, kitchen washing up liquid, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, dishwasher pods.
Close to everywhere we needed to be. Local shop and park within walking distance, the big supermarkets and retail parks from 5-7mins drive away
The garden is huge and would be wonderful in summer if staying with children.
This didn't affect our stay at all, its obvious they are busy renovating and updating the house, the kitchen has already been done, the paint in the single bedroom was peeling off, not sure if its a damp issue or just needs redecorating. The bathroom sink hot tap needs fixing.
