Hotel was nice, bed was soft and the bathroom was very large and roomy. microwave and freezer allowed us to save money on eating out by hitting up a local grocery store. common areas were clean and well maintained.
The hotels security deposit policy is outrageous and despite checking out on time and leaving a nice clean room, I still have not been refunded my deposit which was more than I paid for the actual room for three nights. I am out nearly $700 5 business days after I checked out with no contact and have had to dispute this charge with the bank.
