This was a residential let property. Property was in a good location and was clean. Room was large and had a kitchen area which was appropriately stocked. Strong security protocols with three levels of security.
All communications through WhatsApp and had never seen anyone, but were responsive. On the first night the code for the building did not work for anyone and we were concerned about being able to access the room at night . We were let in by a neighbour but that was resolved the next day. The bed was too firm for me. A minor issue with no water as we were leaving in the morning which was off for about 30 min so we could not have a shower. Minor irritants but cumulative.
