The room itself was big , modern and very comfortable bed. Nice table and chairs. Beautifully done. Nespresso and a kettle, stove, fridge and utensils. Lovely new modern bathroom. Location is good , almost flat 20-30min walk to old city. Lovely bathroom soap products. Spotlessly clean.
I had room 2 which has extremely thin walls and is next to a small market and coffee shop. The market fridge motors kick on and off throughout the day/night which is very disturbing. Then the coffee shop opens at 7am and closes at 11pm so there is constant noise/talking/banging etc during these hours. Sleep was not on the agenda in this room.

A pleasant place to stay, located in a quiet and peaceful area about a 15–20 minute walk from the Old Town. It is situated right next to Marjan Park. There are grocery stores and a bakery nearby. The room is clean, of good standard and equipped with a small kitchenette area containing the utensils needed for a simple meal. Good instructions from the host regarding check-in and check-out. Soundproofing isn't perfect, but it’s nothing that causes any real disturbance. Definitely a good choice
