Das war der erste und letzte Aufenthalt
Die Ausstattung der Küche war wirklich gut.
* Das Badezimmer war bei unserer Ankunft nicht ordnungsgemäß gereinigt.
* Der Balkon war verschmutzt.
* Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht.
* Auch die angegebenen Entfernungen entsprechen nicht den tatsächlichen Gegebenheiten. Weder der Strand noch der Hafen sind – wie in der Beschreibung angegeben – nur etwa 500 Meter entfernt. Bis zu dem Bereich des Strandes, an dem man sich tatsächlich aufhalten und liegen kann, benötigt man zu Fuß deutlich länger, etwa 15 Minuten zum Hafen und 20-25 Minuten bis an den Strand.
* Das Bett war kein französisches King-size Bett, sondern ein Standard Ikea Bett von 140x200.
* Rezeption bzw. Servicebüro war trotz der angesprochenen und dokumentieren Mängel sehr unfreundlich, patzig und im Nachhinein telefonisch nicht mehr erreichbar. Ein Lösungsvorschlag wurde uns auch nicht geboten. Auch als wir am zweiten Tag vor Ort im Büro waren und unsere Mängel bekanntgegeben haben, wurde uns kein Lösungsvorschlag angeboten.
* in der Buchungsbestätigung steht, dass die Betten Standardgemäß bezogen werden. Das war nicht der Fall und wir mussten die erste Nacht, da wir spät abends angereist sind und der nächste Laden wir beispielsweise Jysk oder Dänisches Bettenlager etc. erst in Kiel wäre und schon geschlossen hatte, ohne Bettwäsche schlafen und uns neue Bettwäsche am darauffolgenden Tag kaufen. Handtücher hatten wir uns extra mitgenommen, weil wir das Wäschepaket nicht gebucht hatten.
* das vorhandene WLAN wurde erst am 2. Tag, auf Nachfrage/ Beschwerde freigeschaltet.
