This spacious apartment for 4–6 people offers a magnificent view to the south and west and features a rustic living room with a tiled stove, a large living room, and 3 separate bedrooms, including internet access (Wi-Fi), satellite TV, a stereo system, a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony, and a large garden with barbecue facilities
The penthouse, which accommodates 4–6 people, features a large balcony with a magnificent view to the south and west. Original works of art lend our apartments a special charm. They feature: Internet access (Wi-Fi), telephone, satellite TV (flat-screen), a cozy rustic living room with a tiled stove, a spacious entryway, and a very large living room with large windows offering breathtaking views of the Tyrolean mountains.
Bathroom with bathtub, separate shower, separate toilet, living room with a cozy sofa set, and a fully equipped kitchen with a 4-burner stove, oven, coffee maker, and a complete set of dishes. All linens, including bed linens, table linens, and hand and bath towels, are provided.
Our house features a newly built sauna area, including an infrared cabin, available for your free use. The booking price includes the use of our bicycles, the large garden house (e.g., for barbecue evenings or idyllic “Hüttenzauber” gatherings), as well as admission to the Alpenbad water park (valued at €23 per person per day during the summer season) and the cross-country ski trail fee (valued at €15 per person per day).
The nearest grocery store is just a one-minute walk away. We are the only property that offers an unrestricted, unobstructed view to the south of Tyrol’s magnificent mountain scenery and direct access to the cross-country ski trails.
