The apartment offers plenty of space and a well-thought-out layout: Two cozy bedrooms with high-quality box-spring beds each have their own bathroom with a shower and toilet. There is also a separate guest restroom. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking together and offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation.
The heart of the apartment is the spacious living and dining area. A large dining table seats up to 8 people, ideal for shared meals and social evenings. The cozy living room, featuring a tiled stove, a sleeper sofa, and a 55-inch TV, creates a warm atmosphere—perfect for relaxing movie nights or quiet reading sessions. The light-filled sunroom offers an impressive view of the mountains around Garmisch-Partenkirchen and makes every moment special.
