Apartment located on the heights of Les Issambres, air conditioning and fans in a closed condominium with swimming pool and wading pool for children, a snack bar open in the summer and tennis court. It includes an entrance opening onto a fully equipped kitchen with dining area (crockery, hot plates, extractor, oven, microwave oven, large American fridge, freezer with ice dispenser, crushed ice, fresh water, dishwasher, washing machine, Senseo coffee maker). The hallway gives access to the bedrooms, one with a double bed with a 140 by 190 bed with a window and a storage unit. The other bedroom includes a sofa bed and a double mezzanine, a very large storage cupboard. A separate toilet is present and a bathroom with a sink and a vanity unit as well as a shower with glass door.
The living room offers you a friendly and comfortable space with its corner sofa and storage units and its large television. The large bay window brings in a lot of light and allows access to a welcoming terrace with its garden table and chairs. It offers a view of the sea and the hill and is equipped with a controlled electric shutter. The small garden offers a space conducive to sunbathing with its two relax armchairs. Below is an area dedicated to the barbecue (gas) with a tiled worktop. Many activities are possible within the grounds of the condominium games with structure for children, a football field with cage, a volleyball court, and a bowling alley.
