About this house rental
Welcome to The View House, a retreat where time seems to stand still and the horizon stretches out in an endless embrace. Located in the heart of Sant’Andrea di Suasa, one of the most picturesque fortified medieval villages in the Marche region, this home is an invitation to contemplation.
Perched atop the village’s historic walls, The View House overlooks the valley with a view that stretches from the gentle contours of the hills to the summit of Mount Catria. Here, every window overlooking the valley serves as a natural frame, offering living paintings that change color with the passing of the seasons: from the emerald green of spring to the gold of summer, all the way to the poetic mists of autumn.
As you cross the threshold, you’re enveloped in an atmosphere of genuine peace. The interiors, designed with love and respect for tradition, blend the warmth of classic materials with modern, refined comfort. The kitchen is ready to pamper you with the iconic design of the vintage Smeg set, complemented by a convenient microwave.
The house features a comfortable double bedroom, a cozy living room with a sleeper sofa, and a full bathroom, all designed to ensure maximum comfort during your stay.
For your well-being, you’ll find organic and sustainable hand soap, body wash, and shampoo produced locally, featuring the natural quality of La Saponaria.
Every space has been designed to ensure relaxation and well-being, making the house ideal both as a perfect romantic retreat and as a base for exploring the historical, artistic, and culinary treasures that the surrounding area has to offer.
