📍The location is one of our strengths: we’re in the city, in a quiet yet lively residential area with excellent public transportation, just a stone’s throw from the sea, halfway between the historic center and the airport, with a bus stop just 100 meters away and the subway about 1 km away.
An ideal starting point for exploring both the Amalfi Coast and the Cilento Coast, but also for those looking for convenience in their daily commutes.
🛌 The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 people, with a master bedroom featuring an elegant suspended bed (a real gem—it looks like it’s floating!) and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room.
🍽️ The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, induction cooktop, refrigerator, coffee maker, and dishes.
The modern bathroom, with attention to detail, features a spacious walk-in shower, and a set of towels and basic toiletries is included.
📡 You’ll have access to fast Wi-Fi, 2 Smart TVs, air conditioning in every room, and well-placed electrical outlets (including near the bed and the sofa).
The snack table is perfect for a quick meal or even for working in peace.
💡 The space is very bright during the day and quiet at night—ideal for truly relaxing. The style? Modern, industrial, with a personal touch that reflects our vision of hospitality.
🚭 Smoking is not permitted indoors, but the villa has spacious outdoor areas where you can smoke in comfort.
🚗 Parking and Electric Vehicle Charging
Street parking is easy and free, but for those seeking maximum convenience, we offer (upon request and for an additional fee) a private parking space on the villa grounds with an electric vehicle charging station. A convenient and rare option in the city, perfect for those who travel sustainably. Available upon request (for an additional fee): private parking on the property and an electric car charging station.
♿ The apartment is located on the first floor and is suitable for guests with limited mobility, with no stairs or obstacles.
🐶 We have two very sweet dogs living with us in a separate, fenced-in area, separated from the entrance to the apartment.
They are very affectionate and, if you’d like, will greet you with a wagging tail in exchange for a pat. Don’t worry: they’re well-behaved, can’t enter the guest area, and never cause any disturbance. ❗ For their health, we kindly ask that you do not feed them. 📹 The villa’s outdoor area is monitored by security cameras to ensure everyone’s safety and peace of mind. There are no cameras inside the apartment.
📍 The bus stop is just 100 meters away, and the subway is about 1 km away. In just a few minutes, you can reach the city center, the beach, or the coast.
🎁 Upon arrival, you’ll find fresh water and coffee pods waiting for you, and if you’d like, we’d be happy to recommend bars, restaurants, and activities with which we have special arrangements.
👋 We live on the property: we’ll always be available if you need anything, but we’ll be sure to give you your space. For us, hospitality is all about small gestures, listening, and a warm welcome.
